Our products and services

BeeBlast is a research and product company that builds AI agent platforms and B2B solutions designed to work alongside people in business environments. Our products include AI agent tools and platforms, and our solutions include fully managed deployments — such as the Business AI Agent — where we provision, secure, and operate AI infrastructure on your behalf.

Our products are built on the principle that AI works best when it works with people: increasing efficiency, trust, and output without replacing the human judgement at the centre of your business.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you create an account on behalf of a company, these terms bind that company.

Acceptable use

You may not use BeeBlast products to operate agents that harass, deceive, or harm users, or that violate the acceptable use policies of any underlying model or API provider your agents connect to.

Agents deployed through our products and solutions must not be used for illegal activity, mass surveillance, generation of non-consensual content, or any purpose that violates applicable law or undermines the trust and safety of the people interacting with them.

Third-party integrations

Our products and solutions connect to external model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) and third-party services via official APIs. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies. BeeBlast is not responsible for the output of third-party models or services.

Intellectual property

BeeBlast's platform, products, branding, and research are owned by BeeBlast B.V. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the agents, workflows, configurations, and content you create and deploy using our products.

Limitation of liability

BeeBlast products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeBlast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including losses resulting from agent actions taken on your behalf.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products and services evolve. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of BeeBlast products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
