Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all BeeBlast products and services, including our AI agent platforms, managed B2B deployments (such as the Business AI Agent), and any associated infrastructure or tooling operated by BeeBlast B.V.

Data we collect

We collect account information (name, email, organisation), API usage logs, agent configuration data, request and response payloads (only when debug mode is explicitly enabled by the account holder), and aggregated usage metrics.

For managed deployments, we may also store conversation context and tool-call history needed for agent continuity, escalation handling, and debugging support. This data is isolated to your dedicated infrastructure and is never shared with other accounts.

How we use data

We use this data to operate our products — processing agent requests, routing tool calls, enforcing rate limits, and maintaining agent state across sessions.

We also use it to generate usage reports for your account, provide customer support, detect and prevent abuse, and improve the reliability and performance of our services. We do not sell your data or use it to train models without your explicit consent.

Data retention

API logs and request payloads are retained for 30 days by default. Agent configuration and account data are retained for the lifetime of the account. You may configure shorter retention windows from your dashboard settings.

Third-party processors

We use trusted sub-processors for cloud infrastructure, analytics, and transactional email. When agents connect to external model providers or third-party services, request payloads are also subject to those providers' privacy policies. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, or request a portable export of your data.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email business@beeblast.co with your account email address. Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days and processed within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
